Frequently Asked Questions
[+] How can I have access to the EIC Community?
If you are funded by the European Innovation Council, it may be that your user profile has been already automatically registered. In this case, just log-in with your EU Login username and password and you are already in.
Should it not be the case, the access to the EIC Community is only available to EIC beneficiaries.
You can find more information about our programme on our website - https://ec.europa.eu/research/eic/index.cfm , in the public area of our Community - https://community-smei.easme-web.eu/ and on Twitter: @EUeic. You can also contact your local EEN for support: https://een.ec.europa.eu/.
[+] I am an EIC Beneficiary, but my Organisation page does not include me as a team member in the EIC Community.
In order to have access to the EIC Community, please register to the Community: https://community-smei.easme-web.eu/, by choosing “Beneficiary” and your company through the drop-down list.
After you have submitted your registration form, you should be given access within 24 hours. If you haven’t received access within this time, please contact us via our contact form, by clearly stating your company name and project number/acronym. Please select the category ‘Technical issues/access’.
[+] I am an EIC Beneficiary registered in the EIC Community, but when I try to log-In, my access is denied.
To have access to the EIC Community, the members need to have an EU login associated with their accounts. Please make sure that you're using the same email, username and details that you have in your EU Login to connect with our EIC Community Platform.
If that's the case and you receive an error message, please contact our Helpdesk (https://community-smei.easme-web.eu/contact) and provide us with your project number/acronym, email and account information to analyse your issue further. Please select the category ‘technical issues/access’.
